STORE POLICY

RETURNS 

At Keed & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery receipt.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or removal of tags will not be accepted.

Refund Method

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is redeemable toward future purchases and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at care@keedandco.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping

​We ship all orders from the United States and currently serve destinations within the United States and Australia. 

​

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–14 business days; flat-rate fee applies.

  • Priority Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days; higher rate.

  • Overnight Shipping: next business-day delivery; premium rate.
     

  • We ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs, and APOs.

    • Delivery to P.O. Boxes: 5–12 business days

    • Delivery to APO/FPO addresses: up to 30 business days

    • Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

  • Some beauty items may not be eligible for shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or U.S. territories due to shipping restrictions.
